Combinetor Ultimate evening lullabies and morning chillout harmonies in the vein of the best BoC works. The soothing synth parts on the last track perfectly round up the album. Favorite track: In And Out Of Days.

Scott Stalham Lying somewhere between Ulrich Schnauss & Boards Of Canada who have obviously influenced Huw Roberts along the way, don't let that put you off from grabbing this release! It's a stunningly beautiful album & essential if chilled out music is your thing! Favorite track: Red The Sun's Cold Disk.

Joe Borreson The sun lingers in the sky as the sweetness of your finest summer days roll across your memory. A smile touches your lips. You feel like the world is just as it is supposed to be. All is well and you are at peace. That is this music. Somehow it's all there. (Kinda reminds me of Isan or Manual at their very best!!) Favorite track: The Liquid Mirror.

about

Away from the concrete towns and cities there is a place Where Moss Grows. A place walled with limestone, of dell and cave, forgotten railways and Hidden Rivers. This music is a document in sound of journeys through this place, the sylvan valley.

Treading a path worn by his forebears, Hidden Rivers (Huw Roberts) takes a left into the trees with debut solo album, Where Moss Grows. Better known until now for label curation at Serein and his work with Otto A Totland as Nest, Huw’s growing obsession with synthesizers and drum machines takes his solo work into uncharted territory. With barely an acoustic instrument in sight, Where Moss Grows is a personal and thematic album which confidently reveals his future intent.
